Every year, thousands of procurement professionals take part in NIGP webinars.

NIGP also offers webinars for chapter officers. These webinars are designed to help chapter officers lead their chapters effectively with topics such as leadership development, marketing, event planning, navigating tax and legal issues, and more.

NIGP is proud to offer webinar sessions in partnership with ASPA and the Public Spend Forum. They are free for members to attend and last 90 minutes (60-70 minutes of presentation with time for Q&A). Attendees receive one (1) contact hour per completed webinar that they attend.

How do I access the webinar?

You will receive login information via email two days prior to the webinar. Please check your spam and junk folders for the webinar login information before contacting us. If you still have not received an email from COB with login information by the morning of the webinar, please contact NIGP at 1-800-367-6447.


What should I do if I’m having technical issues?

NIGP webinars utilize Zoom. Please review the Zoom requirements prior to the webinar to ensure your system is set up and ready to go.


Who should I contact with additional webinar questions?

If you still have general questions about NIGP webinars, you can contact customercare@nigp.org. For registration questions, contact registrationinfo@nigp.org.

How do I get credit for attending a webinar?

  • To receive credit, you must attend the entire live webinar.
  • The credit will be applied within 5 business days after the webinar has ended.
  • A certificate of completion can be viewed via your ASPIRE account.  Your NIGP transcript will also reflect credit, which you can check by logging into your NIGP profile.
  • The UPPCC will accept the certificate of completion or a copy of your transcript.

How do I register for a webinar?

  • Registration is based on a per-person registration fee (member/non-member). Questions contact 
    distancelearning@nigp.org.
  • Registration will be handled online only. For details please refer to the webinar description page of each webinar listed.
  • To verify group attendance, a Group-Registered Sign-in Sheet will be provided with the login email instructions prior to the Webinar. Please list each name of the registrant that plans to attend the webinar.  Please note that each person in the group must also be registered in order to obtain credit.

How do I cancel my webinar registration?

  • Non-members can receive a refund for a webinar by giving notice in writing at least two days prior to the webinar date and prior to receiving the login email with handouts. After this time, non-members will be charged a $50 administrative fee to cancel.
  • Once the webinar begins, no credits will be granted for cancellations or no shows. All registered participants who do not attend will not receive credit.
