As responsibilities expand, procurement professionals may find themselves contributing to goal alignment, policy implementation, and risk management.

This session explores how procurement may adapt its practices to better support these emerging expectations and prepare for the future. Topics will include striking the balance between procurement/compliance and innovation, the role of procurement in innovative technology, becoming future-conscious, and finally the role of setting policy and strategy in the current landscape.
