Emerging leaders participating in the Edge program unlock their potential as they learn their strengths and receive coaching from experienced procurement executive and coach, Lourdes Coss MPA, NIGP-CPP, CPPO.
New this year, all Edge participants qualify for scholarships to cover the $997 program registration fee. NIGP and Sourcewell, our government partner funding this scholarship, are fully committed to supporting our members. This scholarship program is our investment to ensure a brighter tomorrow for public procurement leaders.
Beginning in November 2023, program participants will take EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence and DISC Personality Assessments and utilize their results in one-on-one coaching with Maxwell-certified coach and trainer, Lourdes Coss, MPA, NIGP-CPP. During the monthly virtual sessions and the in-person gathering at Summit, participants learn about Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading Organizations. At the program’s end in March, participants submit a summary highlighting their progress, accomplishments, and plans for continued growth.
