Elizabeth Lara Caputo, is the Co-Founder and CEO of 4D Associates International. Ely holds the distinction of being a CCA 4D Certified Master Coach with 18 years of expertise in the realms of transformational leadership, performance-based consulting, and experiential training and facilitation. Her remarkable journey has left an indelible mark, having positively impacted countless lives across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Ely's commitment to empowerment extends beyond her professional accolades. She previously held the role of Director of Finances at the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and served as the Operations Director at Brown Consultants, a Human and Residential Health company. Ely is also a proud partner of Women Elevated, an organization dedicated to fostering personal and professional leadership among purpose-driven women.
Recognized as an in-demand speaker and trainer, Ely excels in connecting, inspiring, and empowering individuals to achieve exceptional personal personal and professional results. Her passion is exemplified in her drive to cultivate organizational cultures steeped in dignity and belonging. Ely's innovative creation, the Sensitivity Training Coaching program, equips companies with the tools to develop coaching skills and authentic relationships, while also equipping their employees with essential

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Ely serves as the dedicated Treasurer of the Board of Advisors at Education Rocks, a global non-profit organization committed to eradicating global poverty through youth leadership education in the USA and abroad.

With a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Panama, Ely is bilingual in English and Spanish, facilitating effective communication across diverse cultures.
Originally from Panama, Ely now calls Lake Worth, Florida home, where she resides with her loving husband, daughter, a faithful dog, and a cherished feline companion.
