Motivational speaker, coach, leadership enthusiast, creative, and business expert, Christin Webb uses her dynamic ability to connect people with themselves and others to bring awareness to transformational leadership.
Christin is the CEO of The Greater You Leadership Series, a learning and development consulting agency that helps develop leaders from the inside out. TGYLS offers a series of workshops, courses, coaching, speaking, conferences, podcasts, and more. Since 2019, Christin has reached national and global audiences, significantly through her signature leadership model, Leading with Confidence. As an initiative to amplify the voice of women leaders, TGYLS birthed Women Leaders Walk the Talk, an online community of over 700 women leaders.
With 20+ years in government and contracting, Christin is the former Chief Procurement Officer for the largest county in the state of Tennessee, where she was responsible for approx. $1.1B in County contracting, Talent Council Member with the Institute of Public Procurement, and president of the Tennessee Association of Public Purchasing. She is an instructor with the Institute of Government Purchasing and consultant with Civic Initiatives.
As a community change agent, Christin is a Youth Guidance Commissioner with the City of Memphis and has served in various capacities on non-profit executive boards. Christin uses creativity as an author and award-winning screenwriter. Christin believes servant leadership is key to personal success and demonstrates that by participating as a volunteer and board member to local and national agencies. Her service and work have been recognized by Ordinary Magazine, 40 Under 40 Urban Elite Professionals, Dale Carnegie, and others.
Christin holds a Master of Business, is a professional social worker, a certified procurement professional, and owner of CLW Consulting. She is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, a twin, and proud mother.
