This Specification encompasses a turnkey project to provide the County of Lancaster,PA with an APCO Project-25 (P-25) compliant new UHF T-Band digital simulcast trunked radio network capable of meeting current and future communication needs, both reliably and functionally. County public safety agencies, as well as some County governmental departments, are utilizing a combination of existing VHF hi-band, lo-band and UHF conventional analog technology that is outdated and capacity limited, which is no longer meeting the communication objectives of the County.
