The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be resolved in the circuit court for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in DuPage County. The contract is the entire agreement between the parties, and there are no other oral or written covenants, promises, conditions, or understandings. The document is signed by the procurement officer of the County of Du Page and an authorized representative of the contractor.
