If the County needs to take legal action to enforce the contract, it is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and expenses. The contract includes a severability clause, stating that if any portion of the contract is determined to be invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining portions. The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be resolved in the circuit court for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in DuPage County. The contract represents the entire agreement between the parties, and there are no other oral or written understandings. The document is signed by the procurement officer of the County of Du Page and an authorized representative of the contractor.
