The document concludes by stating that the contractor agrees to accept payments adjusted according to the specified provisions as full compensation for services and/or materials delivered. The contract may be amended in the event of changes required by law, regulations, court action, fiscal funding availability, changes in service volume, or additions/deletions in the number of County pick-up locations.
