Skills in operating PC/Macintosh systems, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, reviewing and analyzing procedures and reports, researching and writing reports, and interacting with peers are also necessary. The physical requirements of the position include stooping, kneeling, reaching, finger dexterity, and light lifting.
