The policy is supplemental to other "gift," "ethical," and "standards of conduct" legislation, ordinances, and policies of the State, County, and PHT. The memo emphasizes the importance of the policy and the role of the Division of Logistics & Distribution in materials management and procurement. The unions have been informed, and the policy will be widely distributed to vendors and potential vendors. Employees are encouraged to seek clarification or ask questions to Theodore G.
