The document is an invitation to submit bids for generator inspection, maintenance, and emergency service for a one-year period with three one-year renewals. Prospective bidders can obtain bid documents at the DuPage County Administration Center or request them by phone or fax. If a firm declines to bid but wants to remain on the County's bidders' list, they can submit a letter stating the reason for declining. Bids and no bids must be received by 11:30 a.m. on the public bid opening date. No bid security is required, and the County reserves the right to accept or reject any bids.
