This document is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between a company and Arapahoe County. The company agrees to supply personnel, goods, and services to the County during times of disaster or emergency. The County acknowledges that funds may not be immediately available for reimbursement but assures that it will be responsible for all services provided. The County also agrees to reimburse personnel costs for opening during non-business hours and may return any unused supplies.
