If the total transactions with a board member or administrator exceed $5,000 in a fiscal year, the resolution approving the contract must be forwarded to the Director of the Arkansas Department of Education for independent review and approval. The same applies to employees contracting with PCSSD. Principals and Department Heads are responsible for informing their employees about these ethics requirements and ensuring the submission of Contract Disclosure Forms when required.
