The areas evaluated include technical performance, cost control, schedule adherence, and business relations. The form also includes sections for listing subconsultants or joint venture partners, key personnel, and the project manager's assessment of the consultant's commitment to customer satisfaction. The report is reviewed by the County Department Director or Designee, and it may be used to support future award decisions.
