They will also hold a pre-bid meeting to discuss the project with contractors, architects, and CCSD. During the project, the consultant's on-site project manager will perform compliance inspections and collect air samples to determine air quality and isolation barrier integrity. Final air clearance sampling will be performed as part of the daily on-site air monitoring schedule. The consultant shall provide project monitoring during all asbestos removal activities, specifically during a 10-hour shift. Upon completion of the asbestos abatement, the consultant will compile two complete project closure reports in accordance with regulations.
