A District Evaluation Committee will review and score the proposals. The highest ranked respondents will be invited for interviews with the District Evaluation Committee and Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees will rank the interviewed firms, and negotiations will be conducted with the highest ranked respondent. If agreement cannot be reached, negotiations will proceed with the next highest ranked respondent.
