The respondent will be fully accountable for its performance and must carry Errors and Omissions Insurance. Disputes will be resolved in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia. The proposal must include a plan design, completed offeror questionnaire and information request, and a list of current Georgia school district accounts. The award of the contract will be based on the most responsive offeror who meets all conditions specified. The district will evaluate the proposals using an independent evaluation team.
