The funding for the project includes two FIS positions, clinical supervision, cell phone/pager, operating costs, and travel expenses. The proposal requirements include a technical proposal with an executive summary, work plan, project organization and management, experience and qualifications of the offeror, and personnel capability. The price proposal should identify all costs associated with the project. The term of the agreement is from July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2007, with the option for two additional two-year renewals. A pre-proposal conference will be held, and questions and inquiries can be submitted. The evaluation of offers will be based on the proposal that best meets the needs of the county as set forth in the RFP.
