The contractor should make annual inside deliveries to all Eating Together locations and certify that no federal funds have been used for lobbying. The county will provide the contractor with delivery addresses and meal orders. The Eating Together program nutritionist or designee will approve menus, sample and approve foods, and approve changes in meal pack contents and packaging material. The county will pay the contractor at the established rate per meal and ensure that services are provided to low-income minority individuals in proportion to the population.
