The references section requires offerors to provide two reference names and phone numbers for similar projects their firm has completed. The State reserves the right to contact these references. The cost proposal section requires offerors to provide an itemized list of all direct and indirect costs associated with the contract. This includes the total number of hours at various hourly rates, direct expenses, payroll, supplies, overhead, and profit. Offerors must also describe any discount terms for prompt payment.
