Evaluators are asked to provide a total score for this section based on the applicability of the responses. The fourth section, 7.04, evaluates the experience and qualifications of the personnel and the firm. Evaluators are asked to assess if the individuals assigned to the project have experience on similar projects, if their resumes demonstrate desirable backgrounds for the work required, and how extensive their applicable education and experience is. For the firm, evaluators are asked to assess if the firm has demonstrated experience in completing similar projects on time and within budget, how successful the general history of the firm is regarding timely and successful completion of projects, if the references provided information to verify satisfactory performance, and if the firm has provided letters of reference from previous clients. Evaluators are asked to provide a total score for this section based on the applicability of the responses. Overall, the document provides a structured framework for evaluating proposals based on different criteria and assigns weightage to each section.
