The contractor must provide references and the work performed will be inspected by the County. Permits, licenses, and taxes are the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor must provide a professional test analysis in accordance with specifications and applicable standards. The contractor must be certified and licensed to do business in the State of Maryland. All test results must be certified in accordance with EPA Test Methods.
