The hosting agreement would include a suitable connection to the Internet, installation of wireless access points, technical support services, and potential management of user access. The document requests interested vendors to provide information on their company background, product background, hosting experience, investment and revenue ideas, issues and concerns, required information for a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), work plan, and training/support. The response should be sent by email to the specified contact person at OGS by July 14, 2009.
