Tax exemption certificates will be executed upon request. - Bidders must include information regarding warranties and maintenance agreements in their bid. - Bids must be F.O.B. delivered and include all delivery and packaging costs. The number of days required for delivery must be indicated on the Bid Form. - Bid prices must be firm for a minimum of sixty days and bids subject to price increases will not be considered. - All bids, responses, inquiries, and correspondence relating to the ITB become the property of Lubbock Power & Light. - Bidders can mark portions of their bid as privileged or confidential, but the final determination of whether it can be withheld from public inspection will be made by the Texas Attorney General or a court of competent jurisdiction. - The bid should include full compensation for all taxes, permits, etc. that the bidder may be required to pay. - Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs), including businesses owned by disadvantaged individuals or publicly owned businesses with at least 51% stock ownership by disadvantaged individuals, will be afforded equal opportunities to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, disability, or national origin.
