Unsatisfactory performance criteria include excessive service call backs to correct the same problem within 30 consecutive calendar days, instances of vendor personnel lacking the skill or knowledge to diagnose and repair problems, response times exceeding the two-hour limit for authorized service calls, and failure to meet the requirements of the latest revision of the Mechanical, National Electrical, and Unified Building and Plumbing codes. The vendor is required to guarantee all work included in the purchase order against any defects in workmanship.
