The document also includes a Performance Bond, which states that the Principal (contractor) must perform the contract as prescribed and pay any losses, damages, costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by the Obligee (Pinellas County) due to any default by the Principal. The bond also states that any changes or additions to the contract will not affect the Surety's obligations under the bond. The bond is executed by the Principal and the Surety. The document includes spaces for signatures, witnesses, and notary acknowledgments for both the Principal and the Surety. Additionally, there is a section for a notary public to acknowledge the execution of the document.
