Article 6 certifies that the Contractor will not violate the provisions of the Federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which prohibits the employment of illegal aliens. Article 7 states that the Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements. Any amendments or changes to the Contract can only be made in writing. Overall, the document outlines the terms and conditions for the construction project and the responsibilities of both the Owner and the Contractor.
