Any unsatisfactory product that causes damage or extra clean-up labor will result in reimbursement or engagement of a new supplier. The City will retain a sample from each shipment and may require the vendor to take certain actions if the product is in violation of the specifications. The unloading conditions and delivery requirements are also outlined. Bids must be submitted by a certain deadline and must include all costs related to the product. The contract term is one year with the option for two additional one-year extensions. The document includes a section for the bidder to fill in their information and provide their bid price.
