Proposals must be signed by a person authorized to bind the offeror and must be valid through June 30, 2009. If there are any doubts or questions about the proposal specifications, offerors can submit written requests through the Bidsync website. The document also mentions that no assignment of the contract or funds will be recognized by the District without prior written approval.
