It should also have two upper breast patch pockets, with the left pocket having a pencil section. Additionally, there should be two back hip patch pockets, with the left pocket having a button, snap, or zipper closure. The stitching of the jumpsuit should have all major seams safety stitched and serged, while all other component seams should be single needle stitched. The sewing should be done with color-fast polyester core thread. The jumpsuit can have different sleeve options, including regular set-in (short or long) with barrel cuffs, or raglan (short or long) with double-faced cuffs and a placket opening with snap or button closure. The jumpsuit is available in various sizes, ranging from extra small to 2XL, and can be furnished in regular or tall sizes as required. It is also mentioned that jumpsuits must be available in sizes for women. The jumpsuit should come with a permanently affixed label that includes information about the fiber, size, brand name, and garment care instructions. The Department emblem should be sewn on both sleeves, 1 inch below the shoulder seam or from the top of the shoulder. The emblem will be provided by the department to the successful vendor. The document also lists approved brands for each color of the jumpsuit. Bidders quoting alternate brands must submit a specification sheet with their bid and may be required to submit an actual sample for inspection prior to award. Any bidder submitting an alternate bid that does not meet all requirements must attach a list of exceptions to the specification.
