Child labor is prohibited in the provision or use of products under the contract. Knox County limits its liability and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits. Vendors are required to provide their information, pricing, warranty information, and other details in their bid. Failure to include the required information may result in disqualification.
