Late bids will not be considered. - Contract award information will be sent to the winning vendor via mail or fax, and can also be viewed on the website www.DemandStar.com. - The contract documents include various component parts, such as instructions to bidders, general conditions, special conditions, bid form, references, specifications, pricing, signatures, and any addenda or exhibits. - Any necessary revisions or additional data will be provided in the form of an addendum, which can be accessed on www.DemandStar.com. - The County of DuPage reserves the right to make changes to the specifications after the contract is awarded, with corresponding adjustments to the contract price. The price to be added or deducted from the contract price shall be agreed upon in advance between the County of DuPage and the winning vendor.
