The document also includes information on F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, protection of proprietary information, authority to bind the firm in a contract, correction or withdrawal of bids, and subcontractors. The County reserves the right to reject the successful bidder's selection of subcontractors for good cause. If a subcontractor is rejected, the bidder may be required to provide a substitute subcontractor.
