Description

This Mastermind series meets live virtually (2 hrs.) for 3 sessions (6 contact hours) and is for those individuals that want to learn how to grow and develop their staff.

Whether you need to hire the right leaders or are ready to train existing team members to fill leadership roles, there is no greater responsibility than equipping and developing potential leaders. Successful leaders maximize the abilities of those they supervise and empower them to exercise their influence for the organization's benefit.

During this series you map out a plan of action for recognizing the leadership potential within the team and then create a plan to grow team members into leaders who develop other leaders. During the sessions you learn how to become better at identifying and hiring the right talent for your organization. These valuable lessons from John Maxwell, will save you time, energy, frustration, and money of hiring and developing the wrong people.

Each participant will receive John Maxwell’s book: Developing the Leaders Around You.
