Description
This Mastermind series meets live virtually (2 hrs.) for 4 sessions (8 contact hours) and is for those individuals that want to learn how to build their teamwork and collaboration skills as either a team member or leader. Participants will learn the principles for developing a high performing team.
During this series you learn and discuss the values of teamwork necessary for success as you work with others. To ensure application of skills learned, you build an action plan for making the changes necessary to increase your contributions as a team member and/or leader.
Each participant will receive John Maxwell’s book: The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork.

Intended Audience
This course is targeted to individuals who meet or exceed the following professional demographics:

Senior-level public procurement professionals and senior-level central warehouse professionals who already have an in-depth knowledge of public procurement and handle or manage high-level, complex procurements for their respective entities.

Professionals who are employed by governing entities and special authorities (such as K-12 and higher education, publicly-owned utilities, transportation providers, and other publicly-funded or created entities) who direct procurement operations and establish procurement policies.
