Description

Duties: · Complete P-Card audit reports outlining findings, areas of improvement, corrective actions, and recommendations. Compile and analyze data related to usage, identifying trends and areas for optimization; · Maintain and administer a training program for P-Card cardholders, liaisons, and budget officers. Primary P-Card customer support to the University community; · Assist with procurement activities (solicitations, contract review, etc.), especially when directly related to P-Card usage; · Special projects as assigned; · Provide backup on an as-needed basis to the rest of the Procurement team; and · Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required: A bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of procurement experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, high school diploma and five (5) years of procurement experience.
