Ebooks will be delivered to operate with Adobe Digital Editions.
Directions by Device
You will have a choice of installing (Authorizing) your eBook with an Adobe ID or directly to a computer (or device); once this choice is made you cannot switch. We recommend that you install your eBook using an Adobe ID. This way you will be able to load your eBook on up to six different devices using the same Adobe ID. If you install directly to a computer, you will only be able to access your eBook on that one computer; to move to another computer or device will require the purchase of another eBook.

PC or Mac Instructions
- Install (if not previously installed): ): Download and install the free Adobe Digital Editions Software on your computer by clicking here.
- Download: Click on the download link in your NIGP Ebook Delivery Email to initiate the eBook download.
- Open: Open the .acsm file you just downloaded with Adobe Digital Editions. When prompted, authorize your computer by entering your Adobe ID and password.
- Enjoy:The eBook will instantly be delivered to your computer, so you can start reading immediately.
Mobile Phone or Tablet Instructions
- Install (if not previously installed): Adobe Digital Editions or one of the many Adobe DRM compatible eBook reader apps. Bluefire Reader or Aldiko are a couple of good ones; completely free on iOS and Android. When prompted, authorize your mobile device by entering your Adobe ID and password.
- Download: Click on the download link in your NIGP Ebook Delivery Email to initiate the eBook download to your device.
- Open: Open (or import) the .acsm file you just downloaded with app you installed in step 1. See the associated reader directions for using .acsm or Adobe DRM files.
- Enjoy: The eBook will instantly be delivered to your computer, so you can start reading immediately.
