Overview

Participants will hear about a real-life protest case that went to court, the facts behind the case, the results and then a discussion of why the court ruled the way they did and what could have been done to prevent this from happening.  We will identify the value of the protest process, communications with suppliers and tips on what procurement professionals can do throughout the procurement cycle that can reduce or limit the chances of a protest.

What You'll Learn

After completing this online training session, learners will be able to:

1. Discuss the value of the protest process
2. Manage supplier communications during the protest
3. Implement procedures that can limit the chances of a protest
