Overview

"Procurement is a roadblock that I just need to figure out how to get around."  Ever heard these words uttered in your entity?  Ever felt like your customers only work with you because they have to?  If someone gave them a choice, would your customers still choose to work with procurement and with you?  Our esteemed and diverse panel will discuss perspectives and experiences on moving procurement from being viewed as a roadblock to becoming a sought-after, trusted advisor for the entity.  The panel will offer insight into how procurement can leverage exceptional service, effective policies and procedures, and industry best practices to create a procurement function and procurement professionals that are the "go to" resources for helping the entity succeed.
