What You'll Learn

After completing this online training session, learners will be able to:

1.  How construction procurement methods vary in transaction costs (quantified in terms of human efforts and/or material and capital resources invested).
2.  How construction project delivery methods compare in terms of time and demands on procurement team bandwidth.
3.  The impact of construction procurement methods on the relationship between the project owner and the awarded contractor.
