WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • GET STARTED

    To get started, all participants chapters must complete the following below:


    CLUBEXPRESS IMPLEMENTATION QUESTIONNAIRE

    ClubExpress on-boarding questionnaire that requests information specific to your chapter.  Please complete this questionnaire as thoroughly as possible and return it to Ronni Levine at rlevine@nigp.org as soon as you can.  Download the Questionnaire >

    We will not be able to move forward with the implementation until these things are complete.  These must be completed at least 9 weeks before launch.


    COMPLETE THE SITE SET-UP LINK 

    Once you submitted your Implementation Questionnaire, I will send you a link to set-up you site.  During this site set-up process, the following must be completed:

    • You MUST agree to the ClubExpress subscription agreement at the end of the set-up
    • You MUST enter your bank account information on the Money Tab > Bank Accounts (no charges will be applied)


    We will not be able to move forward with the implementation until these things are complete.  These must be completed at least 9 weeks before launch.


    PROVIDE CORE TEAM LIST

    Send Ronni Levine at rlevine@nigp.org the names and contact emails for those people from your chapters that will be part of this website development process.  Complete Core Team List >


    SCHEDULE IMPLEMENTATION CALL WITH CLUBEXPRESS ENGINEER

    Once the above two items are complete, NIGP will work with you and your team to schedule your implementation call with your ClubExpress engineer.  This call is to review the implementation questionnaire to ensure that the engineer has all the information specific to your chapter in order to build out your site based on your specific chapter needs.  View Call Agenda >

    ClubExpress is there to help you succeed.  Each website has a Support Tab within the backend of the site and provides links to all kinds of resources, either documentations or videos, to address any questions you might have.

    Your ClubExpress account includes unlimited technical support. If you cannot resolve your issue with the resources provided, ClubExpress support is available by email at support@clubexpress.com, or by phone at 1-866-HLP-CLUB (457-2582)

DROPBOX ACCOUNT

Would you like a private Dropbox accounts to download from their current site any documents, images, etc. that they would like to either archive or organize to upload into ClubExpress?  If so, please email rlevine@nigp.org and provide your chapter name and email addresses and names of those in your chapter that should have access.

DETAILED TIMELINE TO LAUNCH

9 WEEKS PRIOR TO LAUNCH


  • Submit ClubExpress Implementation Questionnaire to rlevine@nigp.org
  • Complete the Site Set-Up Link Fully
    • This includes acknowledging the ClubExpress client subscription agreement built into the site set-up link
    • Inputting all Bank Account Details into the Money Tab > Bank Accounts (No charges apply)

 

8 WEEKS PRIOR TO LAUNCH


  • Hold Implementation Call with ClubExpress Implementation Engineer

 

8 WEEKS PRIOR  THROUGH LAUNCH


  • View existing Training Videos below.  These are comprehensive and provide you all the information you need to know to get started.
  • Add Site Administrators, people in your chapter who will be assisting in populating the content on your site, into the site
  • Start uploading documents to the document library on your site

 

2 WEEKS PRIOR TO LAUNCH


  • Send your database download in Excel format to rlevine@nigp.org
    • Understand that once you download your database, any new information that is entered in your old site will have to be manually entered into ClubExpress

 

1 WEEK PRIOR TO LAUNCH


  • Testing by Chapter to ensure data has been uploaded and populated correctly.
  • Login to your domain provider and point your URL from your current site to your new ClubExpress website.  It takes about 24 hours for this change to propagate across the internet.

 

DAY OF LAUNCH


  • Once your URL is populating your new ClubExpress website, notify your implementation Engineer when you are ready to send out your email to your membership notifying them of this new site and providing them a temporary login and password to the site.

 

10 DAYS POST LAUNCH


  • The ClubExpress Engineer will turn you over to support for all site assistance.
