This document is a policy regarding ethical conduct and procurement practices for employees of the City of Peoria. It also prohibits subcontractors from offering inducements for the award of subcontracts. The policy includes penalties for violations and specifies that violation of certain provisions can be deemed a class one misdemeanor. Finally, the policy prohibits employees who have participated in the procurement process from becoming employees of any person under contract with the city for a period of twelve months following their employment with the city.
