The recommendation to award will be presented at the December 16, 2003 City Commission meeting. Lastly, the bid opening to refurbish the City of Coral Gables Water Witch and Two Barges took place, with Quality Sandblasting, Incorporated submitting the lowest responsive responsible bid of $47,500.00 for all three vessels. The City Manager will sign the authorization to award.
