This document outlines several requirements and guidelines for a contractor working on a project in Baltimore County. 1. The contractor is responsible for keeping the premises clean and free of debris resulting from their work. They may be required to remove debris from County property upon request. The contractor must leave the affected areas in the same condition as before the work began. 2. Baltimore County will provide the necessary utilities for the contractor's work, except for those utilities that are part of the contractor's scope of work. If the contractor accidentally interrupts any utilities, they are responsible for the repair costs. Planned interruptions must be coordinated with the Chief of Building Services' office in advance. 3. If the work involves the use of any hazardous materials, the contractor must submit a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with their bid. The extent of the use of hazardous materials may be considered in the contract awarding process. 4. The contractor must provide names and phone numbers of contacts for warranty or service problems with their bid proposal.
