Overview

The 2026 ACH rule change means vendor onboarding is no longer just a task to check off your to-do list; it’s now the key to your fraud mitigation and compliance process.
Organizations are required to use risk-based fraud detection when paying vendors, necessitating collaboration between procurement and finance on the front line.
In this live event, we’ll explain Nacha’s role in ACH governance, discuss what the new Rule means for procurement, and explain why supplier payments can no longer be handled solely by AP.
You’ll also hear how collaboration between procurement and finance creates verifiable, risk-based vendor processes, and how procurement-led technology and policy changes can strengthen fraud detection, protect payments, and ensure alignment across teams.

What You'll Learn

After completing this online training session, learners will be able to:

  • Understand the Rule and its implications for your existing procurement processes and workflows.
  • Get aligned with finance before the deadline—discover how to collaborate across functions to build compliant, auditable procedures that satisfy the Nacha ACH Rule.
  • Protect supplier trust and institutional reputation by equipping your team to prevent fraud-related disruptions that damage supplier relationships and public confidence.
