Overview

Rising costs, not enough staff, and increasing community expectations are testing the limits of traditional procurement. At the same time, new technologies and smarter strategies are opening doors for greater efficiency, agility, and transparency. The agencies that will succeed in 2026 are those that move beyond “getting by” and start building systems designed to thrive in uncertainty.

In this webinar, we’ll explore five practical strategies procurement leaders can adopt to future-proof their operations, culminating in a look at the transformative role of AI. Drawing from new survey insights, as well as lessons from forward-thinking agencies, we’ll show how to shift from reactive to proactive, from fragmented to connected, and from short-term fixes to long-term resilience.

Join us October 16th at 2 p.m. ET to discover actionable steps your procurement team can take today to prepare for tomorrow, and to see how AI may become the ultimate driver of procurement resilience in the years ahead.
