- Preferences may be applied according to Hawai`i Revised Statutes and Administrative Rules, including preferences for Hawai`i Products, Printing, Binding and Stationary Work, Reciprocal Preference, Recycled Products, and Software Development Businesses.
- The bid price quotation should be F.O.B. Destination, with freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes, including Hawai`i General Excise Tax and Use Tax.
