This document is a solicitation for bids for a project related to the Old Courthouse Way Community Center/Julie Conn Gym Foam Coated Roof. All bids must be signed by a responsible officer or employee authorized to sign for the firm. By signing the bid, the bidder assigns to the City any and all rights under antitrust laws. The bid must be made without any prior understanding, agreement, or accord with any other bidder. The bidder must certify that the bid is bona fide, fair, and not the result of fraud or collusion. The contractor is required to defend, indemnify, and hold the City harmless from any damage claim, liability, cost, or expense arising from the performance of the services. The contractor is also required to defend and save the City harmless from liability related to the use of any copyright, composition, secret process, patented or unpatented invention, goods and/or services.
