Prices quoted by the bidder should be F.O.B. delivered and include all freight costs. Bids must be submitted for all items unless otherwise directed. Unit prices should be extended and the total amount of the bid indicated on the proposal pricing page. The quantities stated for unit price items are approximate, and final payment will be based on the actual number of units installed. Bids without a unit price for each item will be rejected. The document also provides instructions for corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietors on who should execute the bid. Bidders are warned against making erasures, alterations, or omissions, as bids with such issues may be rejected.
